Has anybody tried calling TSC today/Yesterday?

I tried calling TSC to speak to a representative based on the tips posted by POJ, and I got a message saying that

" Due to temporary problem with our system your case can not be accessed"

After the message it just threw me out to the main menu and could not contact a representative.
Questions:
1. Has anyone tried accessing their case and got a similar message?
2. Has TSC found POJ's tips and tightened the system?
3. Has TSC declared holidays and dumped the database in preperation for the retrogression?

What's going on?? Please share....
 
Where did u stuck?

if u received that msg after input ur SRC and system give error then use ANY OTHER SRC# even old EAD you have.

I did call the 1800 number, day 1 it was the same msg same as you and i tired the second day ...i guess it was wednesday and i was connected to a TSC person...i chose the RFE inquiry option since i had a RFE for AP....she said that she will email the officer who is assigned for my AP petition.....I was also surprised to hear from the other end saying.....'Hi this is TSC how can i help you'........i think this will work only for any RFE cases but not sure.........
 
ManiG, How did u connect to the RFE OPT.Can you give me the proper directions. I also have a RFE for AP and I am waiting.
