Has anybody talked to IIO regarding FP notices...life sucks right now!!!!

FYI, I asked my attorney if I could call the IIO. she said that it is not abnormal to wait more than 3 months for FP notice right now, because CSC is very busy issuing notices to the 245i cases filed upto 30th Apr. they would look at 485 cases as a low priority right now, according to her. and she advises to watch if any cases got new notices recently. so i decided to wait until i see someone get a FP notice and then call the IIO.
so, to me it seems, that filing as an illegal alien is considered high priority than the applications filed by hardworking, law-abiding, taxpaying "legal temporary workers"

An, I agree. These guys need to reeally use their brains.
I am waiting for FP now. My ND is March. Its going to be 3 months soon and last time when I talked to a IIO, he told me that you can expect your FP notice by the end of May.....they are so unpredictable...
