anobody with RFE from NSC for H1B transfer cases ?
Hi,
My RD is 01/09/02. I received an RFE from NSC for my H1B transfer.
I am yet to receive the actual letter from the INS. And I heard that
it takes 2-3 weeks to receive it. I wonder if anybody out there has
received an RFE and is there anything particular to issue RFE at
this time (new changes in the regulations, new documentation required,
etc) ?
