Has anybody got an RFE for Medical for testing +ve TB

Please post any experiences, like
1. Skin test positive, chest Xray -ve, Dr. comments to have medication anyway.
2. Skin test positive, chest Xray +ve, Dr. comments to have medication anyway.
3. Or any other scenerio

If RFE then what was required to submit as proof to INS.

This would clear the doubts in our mind as what really constitues for a Medical RFE.
