Has anybody from Maryland got EAD, from any local INS office, other than Baltimore. I read from the site that Baltimore does not issue EAD.
My friend has applied for 485 in March, and did not apply for EAD at that time. Now my friend has been laid off and needs the EAD urgently. Can she go to any local INS office and get it, showing her 485 receipt, which is >90 days ?
