Thanks for sharing. You are brave, I admire you. Could you please also post what kind of paper work you have done and the procedure? Do you know what happens if your I485 was filed with VSC and you change job to California? Thanks a lot!

A few days back, I spoke to a someone who was on EAD thr. his wife\'s 485. He told me they just got their plastic GC and his wife did change a job 2 months back. All she had to do is file for a new I-140 with the new employer and thats it, GC came through ok. I had a short contact with him, he works in my company, but in a distant department. I would have to listen to at least one more fella, in the same situation, before I rely on this information.

Have you had to submit an employment confirmation letter
to INS from your new employer ?
How long your AOS has been pending by now ?
When do you expect your AOS will be approved ?
