Please post your details. Two of my pals from the same company have been approved but checking to see if any others have been approved. EB2/EB3 ? Has anybody been asked for any kind of documentation from INS ?
Also, the current P.D for EB3 is 01/01/99, does the date matter here, if somebody had a PD of 01/02/99, is it current or not ?
