Has anybody applied for OCI in person in Travisa NY recently ? If yes, please post your timelines.

OCI needs to be applied by mail only.

As for as processing time goes, GOD only knows what it is. I applied on 4/1, and did not see any action till 4/21, and then excuses saying I did not send something, after I sent it again, a week to update after several hrs of phone calls, and ended up withdrawing my case on 4/30, and received my passport only 5/18, as I need to travel around 5/25.

I had Horrible exp. they have no timelines, and say there is a heavy workload, then I said, hire more people dont punish the customers.
