Has any one used AC21 before I-140 approval?

Thanks to all who replied to my similar thread earlier.

Though, I have put this query before, I still need to know if some one has really done lately what I am planning to do:

I am planning to use AC21 to move to a similar job, but my I-485/I140 EB-2 are pending at NSC since 10/21/2003.
Fortunately, I have availed the support of my current employer to support my
GC even if I quit them before it is approved. I think this should help.
I need to know the pros/cons of this decision.

Pl. share your view/experiences, etc.

This new processing development creates significant legal and policy issues since the USCIS, by its own interpretation and actions, may have nullified the benefit of AC21 portability and violated the intent of Congress"
