i got a 5 year bachelor degree(from china) and 1 year master degree (Msc) (from singapore). Although the university's website says that the duration of the master course is 1(normal)-3 year and I took 1.5 year to finish it. My laywer said it still can be considered as 1 year master. and might be rejected under EB2 for edu issue.
I know most univ. in the UK aslo give 1 year master. Does any one here have such experience? got rejected directly? RFE? or approved without RFE?
BTW: my lawyer tell me that a simple credential evaluations can not be used to prove that my Master degree is equivalent to the US master degree.
