Please tell us if anybody received FP notice in August 2002.
What is going on? Is TSC want to send us FP this year or not?

mine is nov-2002, no FP yet...

and i know abt 5 ppl from my area with same RD/ND and no FP. looks like TSC forgot all about us. GOD BLESS!!!
 
I did my first FP on August 10, 2004. Although it has been sent to BCISC on the same day by FBI but there is no change either in my LUD or on line message yet.

Looks like i got a long long time to get FP (485 RD 06/2004). There are some proposals to count AOS time for get citizenship. If they ever implement it, lot of people can directly apply for Citizenship without ever seeing the green card :)

my second EAD got approved today (in 20 days). second AP is still pending. but I still haven't received my first FP. i wish they just issue FP and approve the 485 instead of wasting time with EADs and APs.

btw, do they do security/name check for EAD. if they do, then that means my security check is current now. i wish they issue FP and approve the case before the security check expires (is it 90 days or 35 days???). wishful thinking, huh. GOD BLESS!!!

I just filed for my 3rd EAD and received a receipt....
I've become numb to all of this stuff now. While I'm happy for those 2003 filers who've already been approved, TSC's inconsistency just killllllllllllls me. I talked with an officer a couple of weeks back and told her about all the 2003 approvals and that I have yet to receive my first FP notice. She basically said every case is different!!!!!!!!!!!! WHOATTTTTTTT??????

I am in the same boat as yours, even the same ND, I called 800 number a few weeks back and get the exact same response... I gave up reasoning with TSC now, expecialy their everycase different execuse, since they haven't even touched my case, how do they know it's different......

FP: nobody knows, maybe will get it sometime in my lifetime...

sometime really I remember one of friend say to me when he got frusted.
he said 'Da!!! it' the "Dept of Un-Justice"

No complain I am 2003 filler No FP yet, and waiting patiently 4 my turn. got sympathy and concern for those 2002 who still have No FP..........

another update on my case...

my wife's second AP was also approved today (20 days). looks like they have issued an RFE for my AP.

i wish they showed such speed on 485s. GOD BLESS!!!
