Has anone received 2 RFE\'s

My case details : EB2 RIR ND 12/13 RD:11/28

Was issues an RFE for spouse and my photographs and along with my medical. Replied to RFE. RFE received by INS Nov 19.

Just spoke to an IIO she said that the RFE responses had been received but another RFE had been requested ffor me. She was not sure whether it was simply an error or there was more information required. Has anyone received a second RFE.

Please share experiences.
 
I have heard stories abt 2 RFEs....

but usually second one is sent after getting response for the first!
Maybe it is just an error

How is your process coming along ? They got the response to my first RFE on Nov 19th and within the next day it seems a RFE was generated, but the AVM has not been updated. I was told this by the IIO, but the IIO is not sure whether it was an error or not. She thought it could be an error.

Can u tell me about people who have received 2 RFE\'s - what was it for ? etc ..
