Hi

I have done my fingerprinting 3-4 months back and still waiting for my interview date. When can I expect my interview. the website says that they are processing cases from august 200, is that true?

they are not real dates - but common dates for local offices.

Most, Local district offices have stopped posting their processing dates. If you look closer most district offices show 11/12/06 as their processing date for N-400 applications. The only way to estimate the "real" processing dates, is more people posted their dates in the signatures, and "silent observers" and "lurkers" who typically have their first post if they are stuck in name check or have finished their oath post a good bye message with their time lines.

In short with the very little information currently available, particularly for NSC for May and June no one can guess what is the real processing dates. USCIS recently posted their "front logs" which shows they are still weighed down by H1B filings. But the stupid thing is that they have posted their catch up goals for July without even thinking that they will be deluged with I-485 applications for several thousand applicants who just came out of long retrogression, particularly EB3 applicants.

Am in the same boat. But if you look at the processing times, quite a few district offices are still doing Aug and Sept 2007, though the majority seem to be processing November appls.

Hi DNIVRAB, Please look into the spreadsheet attached for Hartford DO N-400 Timeline thread for individual's dates. Online dates at USCIS sites are not reliable and they do not update properly.

BTW, can you please post your timeline to include in the spreadsheet ?

Its amazing why USCIS cannot be transparent in processing dates. They just seem lazy to post specific dates for each district office.
