You mentioned that somebody had problems because he/she didnot have original I140.
Can you please tell me - what happened?
Because he didnot have the original I140, what did the consulate do? Did they take his interview and issued the immigrant visa or did they regect it, or did they ask him to come back?
I am asking this because my interview is next week, and I donot have the original I140. I have a copy. I have already come to Bombay for my interview... My lawyer said that he doesnot have the original since this is with the INS. I don\'t know if he is correct or not...
Please help.
