I had a J-1 visa went back to my home country, got a tourist visa (stayed in home country only 4months) & returned to US and a few weeks after my arrival got married to a US citizen. Went with a lawyer filed all the forms for my residency & starter the no objection letter. This was about one year ago. I got my work permit & got a job. Went to the interview to the INS didn't have the waiver, but they let me stay & get the waive. I got the no objection letter but waiver was denied because the US program tha pay for my school didn't aprove it.
Now i need to work on my Hardship & I'm thinking change lawyer, the one i have now has no experiance in harship I doesn't seem interested in my case.
Do you think is goog idea change lawyer or will this hurt my case?
