Hi, my husband and I have been looking everywhere online as well as calling some agency to find out the date of his DUI arrest from 10 years ago with no luck. He was arrested in CA. he only stayed in jail overnight and bailed out the next day.
we have tried
arresting agency, but were told it's only given to other enforcement agencies.
then, prosecuting agency told us to refer to the court.
court told us that since he was never in court when he got arrested, there won't be any and to try the arresting agency. so now we are stuck...
any advice appreciated, He tried to see if he could find some type of bank transactions related to this incident such as payment for ticket, bail etc, but he seems to gotten rid of all the paperwork for this DUI and this being such a long time ago.....thank you
