Hard LUD on I-485

Hello,

Yesterday i recived a hard LUD on my I-485. Below is the new status from the USCIS website.. Does anyone know what this means ?

I applied for I-485 in July 2007.
My PD is March 2005
I-140 Approved.

"Application Type: I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred.

The I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS was transferred and is now pending standard processing at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address. We process cases in the order we receive them. When they did a mass transfer of cases from Vermont to Texas or California to Nebraska in 2007, people received this message.

Outside of that situation, it probably means your case has been transferred to a local office for an upcoming interview, or you already had the local interview and they transferred it back to Texas or Nebraska.
 
Have this message for a long time

I have had the same exact message for almost 11 months. We filed our AOS applications with TSC, and the files moved to NSC in Feb 2008. We received a transfer notice as well. Since then, the message has been the same.

Of course, we went in retrogression in a few months thereafter and although my PD was current in July-Sep 2008 and has been current this month, the status has not changed.

The only update was a soft LUD on Jan 4, and Jan 5 with no change in status message.

Only God knows what these guys are doing with our files.
 
HARD LUD on 485 ...

I got HARD LUD as follows ...

I had an issue on I-140 PD date, They put 2006 instead of 2005. My file transfered to VCS to TSC and then TSC to VCS.

I corrected my PD around Sep-2008. But, I-485 message never changed. Now, I got the following message ...

I-485....
.... now pending standard processing at a USCIS office

RD : Sep-2005
I-485 still bending ...
