Hi friends,

My attoney\'s office gave some contradicting information from what I heard from the IIO a month ago about my 485 case. A month ago when I called INS, IIO said I was fine with my finger prints, even my wife got the same "you are fine" answer when she checked about her FP status. But last friday when
I requested my attorney to check with INS if they have correct new address of the attorney\'s office(attorney office moved to a new location) on my 485 case, office clerk came back to me with some frustrating news that my case went back to FP department of VSC for a reshedule. After hearing this
news from the attoney\'s office I called VSC and spoke to a good female officer, she reaffirmed to me that my FPs are fine as they said before a month ago and also mentioned that there is some workflow of touching my file and putting back on the shelf, she guessed that it may be because of not finding the "HARD COPY" of the FP in my file. She said it would take 60 days to get the HARD COPY of FP into any file , that is the reason these
files are Kept on shelf for 60 days. My question is "WHO SENDS THE HARD COPY OF fp to VSC", Is it FBI or FP deparment in VSC or Local INS where we
gave our FPs?, apparently I called FBI, they said they send only the electronic copy. Please answer this question if anybody has ever came accross this HARD COPY of FP.

thanks in advance
