Hi,
This is saugat. I got my case(j1 waiver) approved on may 23, 2024. USCIS delivered hard copy of approved case but i didn’t find or received. The document returned by post office after 30 days when i talked with them. It’s already been 120 days of approval.
How can i get back my hard copy of j1 waiver?
When i talk to USCIS they told me, they haven’t received back the document yet.
One USCIS officer suggest me to file I-824.
I want to apply change of status to F1.
Can i start process without hard copy of waiver with the explanation of my situation?
Does it effect to grant Fi visa ?
Please help me if you have any idea…….
