2/16? See I replied on 2/6, 10 days before you, and yours were approved about 10 days after me.

you know, INS do not follow this rules. If they follow the rules then lot of our friends get approved their GC's. only couple of people getting like this.
But one thing is correct. whenever we get the RFE then reply within a week then that file may move fast.
