Happy to know NSC is moving. I am the first timer.

Keeping fingers crossed.


485 RD 16Th Aug 2002. Received EAD on 14th Sept 2002, AP on 14th Sept 2002.

is moving??
they have not approved a single person on this forum.
Also,if u look at immigration-law.com
they say that until DHS transition is complete,no adjudications will take place..
so I have no hopes even till the end of this year..
I am Sep 2001,RD
Also,these are all excuses made by the senate,as the underlying issue is not to adjudicate ,or adjudicate Employment based as less as possible

or even later than that....

There will be no more INS...it is DHS and these departments will become a Bureau of Immigration and Citizenship. ....

So let us wait...we have waited for years..and now only months...

My lawyer gave the info. The rest is crap. Now....new rules will govern the approval process.....my lawyer guesses that it will be faster ....once the transisition is over...

Let us hope...wait...
