Happy Second Anniversary!!

Please forgive my sarcasm guys, but it’s the only feeling that I have left after TWO years of waiting for my I-140 Approval.

I’ve read this and many other forums and I’ve seen many people move forward (some backwards) but MY case just keeps getting delayed again and again….

I probably wrote a similar message last year asking for some advice, and I’m doing it once again, I'm open for suggestions.

My I-140 details:

Concurrent / EB3

I-140 Received Date............03/06/02
I-140 Notice Date................03/07/02
I-140 RFE1..........................11/16/02
I-140 RFE2..........................10/17/03

According to USCIS website, I’m supposed to get an answer by Mid October – November 2004.

Congratulations to all the latest approvals and if a BIG FISH at USCIS is reading this…

Man, I am really sorry to see your post. I was not expecting a ND 3/7/02 case pending. Did you call ServiceCenter and have them send a query ? I guess you have done it . But if not then calling ServiceCenter would not hurt.

GOOD LUCK with your case. Hope you hear the good news soon.
