Folks,
It happend to be an happy ending after my RFE which was not recieved by INS (According to IIO and AVM) even after more than a month it was sent.
I re-submitted my RFE on May 15, AVM got updated on May 22 and approved for me and my spouse on May 23.
I took the decision of resending it, even after Lawyers suggestion to wait for few more weeks. Thanks to dan dan and keralite for their suggestions.
As per the experience gained through out this process, I would like to give a piece of advice to all the GC waiters.
-Please follow up everything yourselves (Don\'t rely completly on Lawyers)
-Please keep yourselves updated about the latest processing dates and
times and if you feel that your case is not touched while the processing
dates are current, Something would be wrong, don\'t hesitate to call up IIO.
-This site is of great help. Please keep yourself an active member on this board.

Glad I could be of help and your suggestion to others to follow up everything urself couldn\'t be more correct. I discovered this also rather late I would say but better late than never.
