And still waiting for the plastic card! An hour ago talked to
CSC. Requested to talk to a supervisor! Both: My I - 485 is approved - this is ALL they know and can tell me! There is nothing else in the computer! They know nothing about my I-89.
To find out more they have to request my file and physically look
into it! It is done by a separate contractor. They have no control over it. It can take indefinitely long. They can tell me nothing more.
They are not responsible for anything including my numerous calls before. They even cannot tell me their names and their policy not to
tell their ID numbers! Bye-bye.
Numerous faxes and letters have been ignored since 10/01/2001.
All previous calls ended just like this - additional twist - I will
look into it (after hours, no kidding!) and call you back tommorow.
Never have.
Anything I missed I should do?

Talk to your local Senator
I highly recommend creating a letter and putting all the details in there and approaching your local Senator.
