About Texas I-824
Hi, sollu:
I know from this bbs that you got I-824 approved through Texas.I have several questions.
1).I sent I-824 to Texas. It was approved on Dec. But on the approval notice, the fine words are " We have notified the consulate listed above that you have been adjusted to the status of the lawful permanent resident." I feel strange and send inquiry letter to Texas. No any response yet. Can you tell me what are written on your approval notice? Beside that, in the action taken box, it is "Approval notice Class EB21 Consulate:***** Valid: from ** to **". I checked with NVC. It doesn\'t receive my I140 yet. So I worry Texas might take wrong action on my application.
2). Which option did you check on I-824 and what did you write on the line? I checked the 2nd option and wrote Montreal consulate on the line and followed the words that I request consular processing for my approved I-140 case.
3). By the way, after approval of I-824, how long did it take for NVC to receive your I-140?
I tried many ways to reach TSC. But they doesn\'t work. The five fax even don\'t give fax tone. TSC is really in mess.
