Had to re-schedule AOS interview since my USC wife is in the hospital (had a surgery) . My Lawyer has sent the doctors letter to USCIS for the re-schedule.
Question is 'how soon will be our next interview in ATL area"?
I-864 : was filed with a co-sponsor since my wifes (my sponsor) taxes were filed by her parents (claiming her as a dependant) for the past 3 years. My co-sponsor is a freind/USC. But, Will she be required to file for taxes for past 3 years too and take them along to the AOS interview,when she gets better ? and if so, where can we do it?
