We went to Charleston, SC INS office today morning at 8:05 AM for Stamping and i am the 11th person but it took us 2 Hr 35 Min for our Turn... Only one Lady Officer, so no choice... and it took only 6 minutes for me and my wife to get the Stamping on our Passports
