Our case got transferred to Boston 06/2004.
We had our interview 11/2005.
The interviever and the lawyer said everything looked good, but we could not get the approval on the spot, because they did not have visa numbers for us.
The numbers became available in December.
Our priority date is March 07/2001.
Now we are waiting and waiting.

How long?
Should we extend our EADs (one expires end of march, another mid june)?

Thanks,

giedrys

Just wait a little more

What Country are you from , I did the same I filed EAD and the next day I got an e-mail that my 485 was approved and card will be mailed out in the next couple of dys .

I sent a letter to TSC quickly informing that to cancel EAD App since I got my approval on 485 and will have GC and would not need EAD anymore , saw today that the Check was cleared on my Online Checking acct , so apparently they run the check and will cancel the app not sure, haven't heard back from them on this , so I suggest if the Visa cut date is close to your PD then wait some more , if your PD is no way close then file for your EAD .

Our PD is current as of December, 2005.
Our lawyer went to the local office last week and they told her they could not give any time frame.
"We are busy. We are processing the cases"

Still waiting..

We talked to our lawyer and he wants to se us "just to review our case". They said there's nothing wrong with our case, but he is reviewing all cases, since he has time.

Why a lawyer would do that? Anything new at USCIS?
