Hi,
I have my naturalization interview in a few weeks. My USCIS does not offer name change with naturalization, so I went ahead and proceeded through the legal name change process with press, petition, and court hearing. The petition was legally approved and signed by the judge. However, this was only two months ago, and I have not yet had the chance to have my green card or ID reflect the name change. The name on N-400 is still my old name. Should I be worried that this can result in delay or complications in the processing of my case...? I will certainly bring the document proving the legal change to my interview.
