Hi everyone, need guidance!
I140 is approved. Had my interview for pending I485 March 22, 2005. Was informed I "passed it and will get a letter about what to do next". Still waiting on name check (was filed December 2003).
Does anyone know what happens once the name check is cleared?? Will I need to provide any more proof of my employment?
