Had an annulment, do I include that info on my 1485/1-30/G-235 forms

I am Canadian and living in the USA on a OPT visa. I was married to a US citizen and began the green card process. After being married only a few months I knew the relationship wasn't going to work so we had an official annulment completed with my ex, so technically my first marriage never existed. I withdrew my application immediately and updated USCIS.

I am recently married, and about to start the process again. In all of the paperwork (I485, I30, G235 etc.) in the questions that ask about being previously married, and other names used

Do I include the information of my previous marriage? Technically since it's an annulment it didn't exist, but I also don't want to withhold information that would have my application denied.
Or do I just add an addendum at the end of the application explaining the annulment?

Any help in this area would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks
JLC
