I see people are talking about GC approval after 180 days. That may be true but for certain cases only.

Those cases are: The EB candidate who already screened by BCIS recently and got clearance or no offense for security issue.

Who they are??

Guess what all the special registration EB I-485 guys who registerd with BCIS. After checking their background with an interview, BCIS decided to use that as tool for GC approval.

Infact they showed they have job, they did fingerprint, showed continious status.... what else BCIS need more.

I am so happy.....
 
Special Registeration lol, it was to make sure that these persons are not getting GC, even by mistake :)

Abhi , you are right, his english language skills are still very poor but he is definetly improving. He had enrolled in a remedial ESL course, no wonder we did not hear from him.

I don't think so - though Shantanu might be suffering from MPD - sometimes back he claimed to be patienceGC - but he has a sense of humor (sometimes weird sense of humor).

On the otherhand - I misread the title as Habib back with a humour instead of rumour - which is a real oxymoron - I have not seen much sense of humour from him.

By the way - what happened to Habibi? He got his GC?

Shanthanu, is like Bajpai, wants to always remain in lime light ( wants his thread at top!), no matter for what reason..
Habib is like Advani, strong views...even if these views are not helping him!

But however

He is just a stupid and need to grow a lot to come up to atleast to your level.. :D:D

I do not think he is growing and remained as "friend" of PGC(my shadow)
