Was AVM saying something like this before today ....

I hear for my case AVM saying that - your petition for I-140 was recieved on Aug 21-2001, We mailed you a reciept providing information about processing ....

I have my EAC number with the same EAC-01-251-5xxxx series as yours and I wonder if the AVM is saying that it was the reciept date or notification date ?

What AVM says when I140 gets approved

When i Hear AVM its says I140 filed. It will take 150-240 days.............

When actually it gets approved what message comes. To get a better idea.

Phil, AVM "says this case was approved on 10/10/01" But

Earlier it used to say.. .

"your I-140 Petition for immig. worker was received on 3rd aug and ....taking between 150 days to 240 days."
