I received my H1-B Approval papers with wrong
Date of birth on I-94 attached to the 1-797.
It is the mistake made by my lawyer.
1.Is it good to apply for I-102 form since it takes long time?
2.Can i get it corrected through local USCIS offices
3.Can i Apply my SSN before getting it corrected.
If any body has similar kind of experiences please do help me.
