Hi all, I have following questions, if someone can help me out it would be great.
Q1. My H1B had expired on July 2003 and I got it renewed on Jan 2004.
Q2. My wife needs to travel to India so she needs to get her visa stamped (her current h4 was valid only until Jul 2003)
Q3. What documents are needed for her H4 stamping at Calcutta?
Q4. Does she need my H1B visa stamping before she can get her visa stamped or the H1b approval notice that we got back is sufficient for the stamping process?
