Hi,
I am in H1 Visa and my visa expires on August 1 2004. I also have EAD. I am likely to get married on May 23. I am planning to bring her in H4. Can I bring my wife in June to US. I am planning to add her to my EAD.

Will there be any problem.

Hello Jijo,

Since you have a valid H1 till August, you can bring your wife on H4 in June-NO PROBLEM


I dont think anybody can add their spouse to EAD.I guess you will have to file a separate EAD for her.See form I-765 at the USCIS website and file it ASAP.It takes some time to come.
