H4 Wrong Date of Birth on I 797 Approval Notice

Hi,

The date of birth is printed wrong on I 797 Approval notice (H-4) and I filed it on my own. Can anybody help on what should be done to correct it and Can my wife go for visa extension using the current approval notice?
