My wife is in India. She has a H4 visa stamped in her passport from Previous Company, H4 visa which is valid until 2003. By the meen time I changed my job to new company. I got my recepits of H1-B and waiting for final approval notice of New company.
So can my wife entry into US with her valid H4 visa but applied during my previous company ?
