Hi All,

My company filed I-585/EAD/AP for my self and my wife in Feb,2004 after I-140 approval. My wife has H4 VISA till Nov 14th, 2004 and she went to India. She is planning to come to US in Sep,2004 ending. Since she is having H4 visa till Nov 14 th, 2004, Will it be any problem for her to enter in to US.
 
Absolutely no problem if she enters before the visa :) validity on her passport expires. If she has an AP, then she can even use that..

Sorry, I missed one thing.. If she has left USA, before advance parole is approved, then she cannot use Advance Parole to re-enter. Hence the safest way is H4 before expiry.
