I recently got married and my spouse needs to apply for her H4 visa. I do not have an H1 visa stamp as I have been travelling using my travel document (485 was applied for a year ago). I am currently still on H1 status in the US and was wondering whether it would cause a problem for her H4 application when they see that I do not have an H1 visa stamp.
