My wife attended the H4 visa interview at chennai consulate. She received form 221(g), asking her to bring along my W2, pay slips and monthly bank statements etc... Since i was on bench for some period last year, I guess it would take sometime for me and my employer to answer this query.
Meanwhile, I was thinking of another possibility, she has a brother(married) who stays in US. Can her brother sponser her a tourist visa(B2) to US eventhough her h4 visa is under query, If so, what are the chances of getting the tourist(B2) visa since her brother has a clean record and has been in the US for past few years.
