I hold H1B visa and it is expiring 26Aug 2006. We haven't gone for Stamping of H4 for my wife and kinds.
Now we want to go for stamping of H4 for my wife and kids.
I heard that we should go at least 6 months before the expiry of my visa. Is that true?
If that is the case since my visa is expiring Aug 26 we should go to embassy for stamping before Feb 26.
