H4 visa stamping without H1B holders presence?

Hi everyone,

I have H1b visa and my wife is on H4. I just got my H1 visa extended by my employer ( another I-797 , not the stamp on the passport).

But the visa stamps on the passports have just expired. I now that we are OK as we dont travel outside the US.

My questions is that , my wife needs to travel to home country. Is it possible to get H4 stamped without me going there with her ?
