I'm currently a H1-B holder, with a valid US degree. My fiancee is from India.
We're thinking of the possibility of getting married in Toronto, CA since a lot of my family is based in the USA, and her aunt in Toronto is very excited about us getting married in Toronto itself.
My question is: Will my wife have any issues in applying for a H4 visa at the Toronto Consulate, if we get married in Toronto itself.
Also, has anyone tried this recently, or am I the only person to think about it?
