H4 visa stamping at Canada

Hi Friends,

Here is my situation:


I came to USA on H1B visa in Oct 2001. I never worked in USA upto sep 2003.
In August 2003 my husband applied for H1B visa and H4 for me. And we got approval
upto Sep 2006 with I-94. So now I have valid H4 visa with H1B expired on my passport on Sep 2003 .
My husband is now on and off on the project since his H1 approval.
Now we got our Canada PR and we have to land before March 2006. I dont want to stay in canada as
my husband has long term project now.

What will happen if I go for visa stamping?
Can I come back without visa stamping on my passport as I heard that I dont need visa if I come
back before 30 days.

Plz help friends.
