My colleague and best friend, has sent all the necessary documents to India for his wife's H4 visa. Sorry if I put this thread in a wrong place. Your input/help is greatly appreciated.
First time, Madras consulate sent a query asking
H1 holder's Employer's inside outside photos
Client's inside outside photos
Employer letter to consulate requesting visa
Copy of W2's for all the employees of the Employer
Now the second time, they are asking
1. A list of all the candidates petitioned by his petitioner in Chennai consulate. the times they worked for his employer and their whereabouts
2. A list of clients and complete description of all active projects at intended place of work and applicant's role, if any, in them. In each instance, indicate who is the direct contractor with the client.
3. A list of all the projects and their timelines, in which the H1 worker has been deployed, with a detailed explanation of the work conducted and the client in question. Include client reference for each and every project on the list.
4. Contact from the client side for each of the company's active projects
5. Original W-2 forms and Paystubs for every year worked in the US.
