H4 visa please help

Hi I have my multiple entry H1B visa stamped in my passport for Company A and the visa is valid till may 2007. I am planning to move to company B. Also I am planning to go to India in June for marriage and would like my spouse to accompany along with me on H4 visa. So now my question is: can she go for H4 visa with my Company A's (old company visa) and the new H1 B document from company B????

If not should I have my Visa stamped first with the new comapny B's H1 B document and then ask her to go for H4 visa??

Your wife can go stamping with your CompanyB visa papers .
Why do you want a visa on CompanyB,YOu can have company A visa on your passport to enter in to united states .you dont need to go to the consulate at all .

"Why do you want a visa on CompanyB" Because someone put a doubt in my mind that since my wife will have H4 visa based on company B's papers even I should be having the company B's visa on my passport. Anyways thanks for ur valuable suggestion Kishuibm.
