I am planning to get married mid October.
and apply for H4 for my wife immediately.
Can u anyone help me with the following questions:-
1) Do I need to endorse the wife's name on my passport
and vice-versa.Is it compulsory or recommended. How long does it take to endorse the passports.
2) I have my passport issued from Banglore and her's is from Delhi
and we are getting married in Delhi.Can we both endorse our passports from Delhi passport Office.What is the procedure to apply for endorsing the passport
3) I checked ttvisas.com website and there are no dates available in November.Can my wife go in person without appointment and apply.
4) How long do it takes to get the H4 visa
5) Do I need to send my original passport along when she applies for H4
