h4 visa name mistake

hi all,
My friend got married recently and his wife got her H-4 visa last week. In the field Annotation they have put the wrong name. they have the last name right , but the first name is completely wrong. should my friend go to the US ambassy(chennai,India) and get the mistake fixed ?

please advise.
