H4 visa issues.

Hello there.

I recently transfered to new company. I got h1 visa with that company. I did MS with H1 visa. That's y my employer did not give salary or w2 form for 2002. I want to bring my wife on h4 visa now. What should I do now. COuld you please gimme some advice. I'm already away from my family like 2 years. Please help me.

What do you mean did MS with H1 visa? Did you illegally represent yourself or just did a part time MS?
Doing MS has nothing to do with getting H4.
There are 2 ways to get H4
1. Get the h1 stamp in passport by going to mexico or canada. With an MS from US, it should not be a problem. After you get the H1 stamp in passport, your dependents can apply for H4 based on this H1 stamp in home country US consulate (letter from employer is required for H4)

2. Apply for H4 for dependents based on the H1 approval notice. If you are from a special registration country, if you had changed status multiple times and were out of a job for a while, this course is a risky one.
